💼 About This Role

You'll own industrialization of defense systems for high-rate production, working closely with engineering teams. Your work will ensure builds are repeatable, cost-effective, and meet stringent quality standards. This role offers the chance to bridge design and manufacturing at a rapidly growing defense tech startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own production processes from build readiness to steady-state.
• Design and qualify manufacturing equipment, fixtures, and tools.
• Develop and release controlled work instructions and quality gates.
• Drive DFM optimization and assembly simplification.
• Provide daily production support and implement SPC/PFMEA.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, aerospace, or manufacturing engineering.
• 3+ years in production manufacturing or process engineering.
• Strong background in process documentation and quality systems.
• Familiarity with GD&T and tolerance analysis.
• Hands-on experience with shop floor processes (machining, welding, etc.).
