💼 About This Role

You'll shape live entertainment programming for a new hospitality-integrated venue, defining show concepts, talent strategy, and guest experience. You'll partner with leadership and operations teams from pre-opening through launch to deliver high-quality live shows. This role blends hands-on creative execution with strategic advisory for a new venue concept.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute photo opportunities and props for the venue
• Shape entertainment programming across main bar, stage, and theaters
• Recruit, audition, and hire talent for live shows
• Coordinate guest flow, theater queuing, and timing with teams

📋 Requirements

• Experience in immersive theater, cabaret, magic, or nontraditional live entertainment
• Experience with hospitality-integrated entertainment concepts
• Experience in casting, talent sourcing, and audition processes
• Ability to balance creative priorities with budget and operational constraints
