You'll own UX design end-to-end for portal surfaces, driving strategy from customer problem to hi-fi deliverable. You'll lead design critique sessions to elevate quality across the team and partner with PMs and engineers to enhance user engagement.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of UX/product design experience
• Deep expertise in modern design system tooling
• Experience in agile delivery with PMs and engineering teams
• Strong systems thinking to design scalable patterns
