💼 About This Role

You'll support end-users of a rapidly growing international SaaS provider, handling IT tickets, hardware/software setup, and network troubleshooting. You'll drive proactive IT projects and mentor junior team members while ensuring smooth operations across a hybrid environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and respond to IT support tickets
• Provide technical support via tickets, phone, email, or in person
• Install and configure hardware, software, and SaaS products
• Mentor junior team members and assist with their skills development

📋 Requirements

• At least six years experience as a senior IT support professional
• Degree in IT, Computing, Computer Science, or relevant subject
• Experience supporting both macOS and Windows users
• Experience in SaaS product administration (e.g. Zoom, Salesforce)

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of ISO 27001 best practices
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
• Familiarity with CIS best practice principles
