You'll support a mixed-age Montessori classroom (ages 0–6) by helping create a calm, engaging environment. You'll assist in preparing intentional learning spaces and support children through individualized activities. You'll help children build confidence and discover their capabilities.

• Observe children to understand and support individual needs
• Help prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly classroom
• Support individual and small-group learning activities
• Build warm relationships with children and families

📋 Requirements

• Experience working with children ages 3-6 in a school or childcare setting
• A positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset
• A genuine love for working with young children
• Interest in learning within the Montessori approach
