You'll own the quality of deliverables across Saviynt's product features and lead quality initiatives in close collaboration with development managers. Your impact will drive industry-leading product quality through an automation-first testing strategy and tight integration into the CI/CD pipeline.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the quality of deliverables across product features
• Lead multiple quality initiatives with development managers
• Define and implement QE processes and metrics
• Integrate quality early in the development lifecycle

📋 Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in Software QE
• 3+ years of experience leading QE teams
• Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git)
• Proficiency with modern test automation frameworks

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience managing cross-functional, matrixed quality organizations
• Knowledge of AI and modern AI tools
• Experience working with globally distributed teams
