Description
You will build and scale the revenue enablement function across the full business development lifecycle, sitting at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. You'll own RFP strategy, pitch development, pipeline generation enablement, and sales material creation to drive consistent growth and revenue impact.
Requirements
- Highly organized operator with strong strategic instincts
- Experience in revenue enablement, sales operations, or related field
- Ability to execute and elevate revenue-driving processes
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Analytical skills to track and report on pipeline performance
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to drive alignment across pipeline generation and revenue growth initiatives
- Support and operationalize outbound and inbound lead generation efforts
- Help define and improve processes that increase conversion across the business development funnel
- Own and quarterback the end-to-end RFP and audit process
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to develop pitch narratives, presentations, and responses
