Description

You will lead program management for marine operations, translating test objectives into execution plans and coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams to deploy ocean energy nodes. You'll also shape company-wide program management practices in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing technical development programs with major event coordination
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams to meet aggressive timelines
• Strong understanding of marine systems engineering fundamentals
• Experience with external vendors and fabrication partners
• Familiarity with change management and configuration control

Responsibilities

• Manage project milestone schedules for Marine Operations team
• Lead scheduling and coordination for Node Program deployment operations
• Collaborate with external suppliers and fabrication partners
• Coordinate external vendors (port authorities, tugboat companies, etc.)
• Act as liaison between engineering teams and drive change management
