- Hire, coach, and manage a team of Outbound SDRs
- Build and iterate on a data-driven outbound strategy
- Foster high performance and accountability culture
- Develop sales, product, and industry skills of each team member
- Motivate team members through creative incentives
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of software sales as an individual contributor
- Manager experience building and scaling a team from scratch
- 100%+ quota achievement track record as an IC
- Proven success as an SDR Manager with KPI improvement
