💼 About This Role

You'll act as the primary in-house legal advisor on employment law matters across Mainland China and Hong Kong, leading complex workplace investigations and managing labour arbitration. You'll partner with HR and business leaders to ensure compliance and mitigate risk in a fast-moving fintech environment. This role offers exposure to high-stakes disputes and cross-border workforce issues.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead internal investigations into workplace misconduct
• Manage labour arbitration and employment litigation in China and Hong Kong
• Provide daily employment legal advice to HR and business leaders
• Draft and update employment policies, handbooks, and contracts

📋 Requirements

• 9-14 years of employment or labour law experience
• PRC legal qualification (法律职业资格证)
• Experience leading workplace investigations and managing labour arbitration
• Strong knowledge of PRC and Hong Kong employment laws

• Prior in-house experience at a technology company
• Experience advising on workforce restructurings and mass layoffs
