💼 About This Role

You'll lead a full-stack engineering team building a consumer lending platform with AI-assisted development tools. You'll own architecture, simplify a 30+ microservice environment, and drive CI/CD improvements. This hybrid role is based in Addison, TX with 4 days in-office and up to 20% travel.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead architecture reviews and code reviews
• Design and simplify microservice architecture
• Manage CI/CD pipeline and release practices
• Hire and mentor a team of 6-8 engineers

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years in a senior engineering leadership role
• Deep full-stack background with Java/Spring Boot and Angular
• AWS cloud infrastructure ownership (EC2, S3, SQS, CloudWatch)
• CI/CD pipeline ownership at production scale

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-native development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
• Background in consumer lending or fintech
• AWS Solutions Architect certification
