💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end customer experience across saving, spending, and credit for Nubank's Colombia portfolio, driving strategy and execution across Cards, Yield, and Financing. You'll make high-stakes trade-offs balancing growth and profitability while leading complex launches and migrations. This role offers the chance to shape financial services for millions in Latin America at a NYSE-listed fintech pioneer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end customer experience across saving, spending, and credit.
• Lead strategy and execution for multi-product portfolio (Cards, Yield, Financing, Payments, Partnerships).
• Define and optimize pricing, unit economics, credit line performance, and retention.
• Align and influence senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Risk, and Finance.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in fintech or digital financial services.
• Proven experience owning portfolio strategy and managing trade-offs between growth and profitability.
• Strong data-driven decision making using quantitative and qualitative insights.
• Advanced or fluent English proficiency for daily collaboration.
