You will create hyper-realistic 3D renderings of outdoor living projects like turf installations, patios, and landscape transformations using SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop. Collaborate with designers and project managers to deliver compelling visuals for client presentations and marketing, ensuring every detail brings comfort and beauty to life.
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or related field
- 2+ years professional experience in architectural visualization
- Proficiency in SketchUp, Lumion/D5 Render, and Photoshop
- Solid understanding of landscaping elements: materials, grading, hardscape, lighting, plant design
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality 3D landscape renderings with SketchUp, Lumion/D5, and Photoshop
- Interpret design plans to develop photorealistic visuals
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to refine concepts
- Create visuals for presentations, client approvals, and marketing
- Ensure consistency, detail, and realism in rendered environments
