- Manage 6-8 Account Executives and their sales pipelines.
- Coach reps on discovery, demos, and solutions in Spanish.
- Gather front-line feedback to guide resource investment.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure sales-to-delivery alignment.
π Requirements
- Fluent Spanish language skills (spoken and written).
- 5+ years of sales experience in sourcing/closing roles.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing sales teams.
- Proven track record of quota achievement.
