💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary analytical partner for Product and Business Operations teams at Mandolin, an AI-powered platform accelerating drug delivery. You'll rapidly answer product and customer questions by expertly navigating complex data structures, and investigate incidents to translate findings into actionable insights.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as single source of truth for product module metrics.
• Perform deep-dive analyses and ad hoc queries for customer issues.
• Support data architecture and analytics design initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Deployment teams.

📋 Requirements

• Expert proficiency in SQL for ad hoc analysis and schema design.
• Strong proficiency in Python for scripting and API work.
• Experience with BigQuery in GCP environment.
• Familiarity with data ingestion (e.g., Fivetran) and schema-less data.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with analytics engineering and custom pipeline implementation.
• Background in experimentation and AI evaluation, especially LLM logging.
