💼 About This Role

You'll lead customer onboarding and product implementations for a highly configurable SaaS platform in the financial crime and compliance space. You will manage multiple implementations simultaneously, balancing timelines and customer expectations in a remote-first environment. This contract role offers flexibility and autonomy with approximately 20 hours per week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new customers
• Translate customer needs into configuration plans and workflows
• Coordinate with customer success, technical, and product stakeholders
• Configure and optimize the SaaS platform for each customer use case

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience implementing B2B SaaS or technical enterprise software
• Ability to manage ambiguous projects and convert complex requirements into execution plans
• Experience working cross-functionally with solutions engineers or customer success teams
• Strong project management skills to prioritize in a fast-moving environment
