💼 About This Role

You'll deliver webinar-led onboarding and proactive engagement for SMB/Core customers at Aircall, ensuring they activate and adopt quickly. You'll monitor portfolio health and provide targeted outreach to keep customers on track, collaborating with Account Managers to guide early adoption. You'll also coordinate customer escalations to maintain trust.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Deliver recurring onboarding webinars for SMB/Core customers
  • Provide ad-hoc 1:1 onboarding support for configuration blockers
  • Proactively monitor customer health and usage signals for outreach
  • Coordinate escalations between Support, Product, and Account Managers

📋 Requirements

  • 1-3 years in a customer-facing SaaS role
  • Experience interacting with customers via meetings, training, or webinars
  • Comfortable managing multiple customers using structured playbooks
  • Proficient with CRM systems and customer success platforms

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with webinar tools and virtual meeting platforms
  • Familiarity with product configuration and integrations
  • Background in Customer Success or Onboarding
