You'll build agentic AI systems for Ripple's crypto platform. You'll architect multi-agent orchestration and developer tools that redefine financial technology. Work with Python, Go, and Kubernetes in a fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop production-quality agentic AI systems end-to-end
• Define enterprise agentic AI platform architecture
• Build multi-agent orchestration patterns
• Run fast POCs and harden into reusable platform services
• Implement data flywheels for agent quality improvement

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years building large-scale distributed systems
• Hands-on coding in Python, Go, or Java
• Experience constructing agentic AI systems (RAG, multi-agent orchestration)
• Expert-level Kubernetes, service mesh, and secure integration patterns

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with vector databases (Qdrant) and code embeddings
• Background in blockchain or payments infrastructure
• Open-source contributions with system-level depth
