You'll provide front desk, administrative, and sales support at a solidcore studio, ensuring a positive client experience. You'll contribute to studio success by generating sales and promoting the brand. This role is part-time with flexible hours.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Welcome clients and use their name to build connections.
• Assist with scheduling, cancellations, and package purchases.
• Maintain product knowledge for retail operations.
• Communicate studio updates and issues to clients.

📋 Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills.

• Some college education preferred.
• 1 year sales experience preferred.
• MBO experience preferred.
