💼 About This Role

You'll support planning and executing B2B events like trade fairs and congresses for Doctolib in Berlin. You'll drive digitalization in healthcare by coordinating logistics, creating sales materials, and collaborating with external partners. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment with structured onboarding.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and execute trade fairs and events (logistics, supplier communication, briefing materials)
• Research and create content for events like webinars and trade shows
• Support development of giveaways and marketing materials with external partners
• Collaborate with organizers on event setup and materials preparation

📋 Requirements

• Enthusiasm for event management and marketing
• Availability for a 6-month internship
• Structured and proactive working style with strong self-organization
• Very good German and good English skills
