💼 About This Role

You'll lead complex contract negotiations for hyperscale data centre projects at AirTrunk, the largest data centre company in APME. Your work directly enables the region's digital infrastructure growth with a focus on sustainability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead drafting, negotiation and execution of contracts with GCs and OSE vendors
• Manage contractual correspondence, variations, claims and dispute resolution
• Oversee contract governance, approvals and compliance with internal frameworks
• Provide commercial advice to Development, Finance and delivery teams

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience managing contracts in complex construction or engineering environments
• Strong experience negotiating MSAs with General Contractors or major vendors
• Sound understanding of risk allocation and contractual governance
• Clear communicator able to advise cross-functional stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Certificate or degree in Engineering, Law, Quantity Surveying or Business
• Experience in data centre or hyperscale project environments
• Familiarity with procurement practices and contract templates
