You'll lead enterprise transformation programs and project workstreams within the Strategic Delivery Office, coordinating with business stakeholders and OCM partners. Your core impact will be managing budgets, scope, and vendor relationships to deliver multi-year health tech initiatives. This role stands out with AI-enabled tools integrated into daily workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create project plans using best practice PMO methodology.
• Manage project budget, scope, team resources, and communications.
• Integrate change management into project planning with OCM teams.
• Report milestones, budget, and status to executive sponsors.

📋 Requirements

• 5-10 years experience in project management
• 3-5 years in SaaS business environments
• Experience managing enterprise-wide transformation programs
• Experience working within matrixed governance environments

✨ Nice to Have

• PMP or Agile certification
• Experience with AI-assisted delivery tools
• Proficiency in Aha!, JIRA or similar PM tools
