💼 About This Role

You'll drive expansion revenue by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing SMB and Lower Mid-Market accounts. Your work will directly impact net revenue retention as you consult with customers to uncover needs and close expansion deals. This quota-carrying role is key to scaling our global growth strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities in assigned accounts
  • Lead consultative sales conversations to uncover customer growth needs
  • Manage full expansion sales cycle from discovery through close
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast in CRM

📋 Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in account management or SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of hitting quota targets
  • Experience selling to SMB or mid-market accounts
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with HR or compensation software
  • Familiarity with Chorus or Salesforce
