You'll drive expansion revenue by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing SMB and Lower Mid-Market accounts. Your work will directly impact net revenue retention as you consult with customers to uncover needs and close expansion deals. This quota-carrying role is key to scaling our global growth strategy.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities in assigned accounts
- Lead consultative sales conversations to uncover customer growth needs
- Manage full expansion sales cycle from discovery through close
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast in CRM
📋 Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in account management or SaaS sales
- Proven track record of hitting quota targets
- Experience selling to SMB or mid-market accounts
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills

- Experience with HR or compensation software
- Familiarity with Chorus or Salesforce
