🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the parts department
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Collaborate with service department for parts availability
• Lead, develop, and hold the parts team accountable

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in automotive parts department
• At least 1 year in a management or supervisory role
• Experience with a DMS system
• Ability to read a financial statement and manage to a budget
