💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Inside Sales organization at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, driving strategy, team management, and KPI design. You'll collaborate with field sales, marketing, and CS to optimize pipeline management and sales processes. This role offers the opportunity to scale IS operations in a high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage IS team including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
  • Design and drive Inside Sales strategy and process improvements
  • Build KPI dashboards and monitor pipeline health
  • Strengthen collaboration between IS and Field Sales teams

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of outbound sales experience in B2B SaaS
  • 10+ people management experience in SMB outbound sales
  • CRM/SFA (Salesforce, HubSpot) improvement experience
  • Data-driven sales improvement skills

  • Inside Sales team setup experience
  • Fast-paced organizational management experience
  • Experience in BDR/SDR, CSM, or FS roles
