💼 About This Role

You'll join the Revenue Operations team to execute GTM AI & workflow initiatives scaling outbound prospecting and boosting productivity for Sales, Marketing & Customer Success teams. You'll translate revenue context into impactful automation. This role offers the chance to shape growth through innovative tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build prospecting architecture using Clay, Octave, Salesforce
• Align ICP and persona with messaging for BDR and automated campaigns
• Deliver AI agents to automate repetitive tasks and reduce bottlenecks
• Create measurable pipeline generation framework with automated campaigns

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in Sales, Marketing, or Operations GTM role
• Proven success deploying GenAI & workflow tools in GTM
• Strong data literacy and understanding of data models in GTM tools like Salesforce or Hubspot
• Experience with workflow automation tools such as Clay or n8n

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience developing integrations such as APIs or webhooks
• Ability to vibe code applications for internal GTM apps
