You'll provide start of care and OASIS admissions for adult and geriatric clients in their homes across Duval, Baker, Clay, and Nassau Counties. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow a designated care plan per patient's needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated territories
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to manager

📋 Requirements

• Current RN license in Florida
• Minimum one year of recent clinical medical/surgical experience
• Graduation from accredited nursing program
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned
