Description

You will maintain the reliability, performance, and safety of facility mechanical systems supporting semiconductor manufacturing. This includes performing preventive and corrective maintenance, monitoring system performance, and collaborating with engineers on efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of hands-on mechanical maintenance in facilities or manufacturing
• Technical experience with HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, and rotating equipment
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
• Knowledge of LOTO, hazard recognition, and PPE

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems
• Monitor system conditions and optimize performance for stability and energy efficiency
• Diagnose and troubleshoot using drawings and OEM documentation
• Support operational improvement initiatives and system upgrades
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs in CMMS and comply with safety policies
