💼 About This Role

You'll join a mission-driven team transforming senior mental health care with flexibility and support. Work remotely on your own hours while Sailor finds patients for you. This role offers bilingual (Spanish/English) therapy for a geriatric population.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults virtually
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient
• Manage electronic documentation using EMR system
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and training

📋 Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
• Active clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or CP
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, or counseling
• Experience working with the geriatric population
