You'll handle high-severity property claims end-to-end, investigating and negotiating complex losses for a remote-first insurtech serving 13 states. You'll guide customers through critical moments while collaborating with adjusters, contractors, and attorneys.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Examine policies to determine coverage and exposure
• Investigate and estimate structural damages
• Communicate with customers, contractors, and attorneys
• Negotiate settlements with all involved parties

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of first-party residential property claims adjusting
• Experience working directly for an insurance carrier
• Knowledge of insurance laws in multiple states
• Experience handling pre-litigation claims (Public Adjuster/Attorney represented)

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior large loss handling experience
• Vendor management and negotiation experience
• Experience with Verisk suite, ISO ClaimSearch, Google suite, Excel
