Join our Total Rewards team in Portsmouth, NH, where you'll build strong client relationships, lead benefit platform initiatives, support open enrollment, manage reporting and compliance, and coordinate employee communications. You'll assist with RFPs, renewal tracking, and ongoing client meetings. This role offers flexibility, including remote work options, but requires living within reasonable travel distance to our NH location.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years account management or HR experience
• Active health, life, and disability license in applicable state
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
• Customer-focused and able to stay composed under pressure
