Description

You will manage the P&L for the crypto vertical, drive forecasting and reporting cycles, and partner with Crypto leadership on strategic and operational decisions. This high-visibility role involves collaborating across Accounting, HR, Fund Strategy, and Central Finance to support the vertical's growth.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, private equity or consulting
• Direct crypto or blockchain experience will be prioritized
• Belief in the potential of crypto and blockchain, with a genuine curiosity about the crypto ecosystem
• Strong financial modeling, analytical thinking, and Excel/Sheets skills
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting
• Ability to communicate insights simply and clearly to non-finance stakeholders
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities
• Low ego, high empathy, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
