You'll serve as a subject matter expert in life underwriting, assessing medical and financial risks for complex cases. You'll mentor junior underwriters and improve processes. This fully remote role lets you represent the company at industry events.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and assess medical and financial risk for complex cases.
• Communicate underwriting decisions to agents and partners.
• Provide technical support and informal leadership to team.
• Mentor and coach other underwriters as needed.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of Life Insurance Underwriting experience
• Four-year degree in Business, Communications, or related field
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
