You'll deliver a hospitality-driven workplace experience for employees and guests in a New York City corporate office. You'll ensure daily readiness of reception areas and meeting rooms, and support engagement programs. This role is the central point of contact for operations and visitor services.
π― What You'll Do
- Serve as primary point of contact for employees, visitors, and guests
- Coordinate daily readiness of reception areas, meeting rooms, and shared spaces
- Support workplace engagement programs, events, and employee experience initiatives
- Partner with Facilities, IT/AV, Security, and vendors to ensure seamless operations
π Requirements
- 2β4 years of experience in mailroom, client services, workplace experience, or concierge
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and workplace technology tools
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Experience supporting professional services or corporate office environments
- Experience with room reservation software
