You'll serve as the first point of contact for the Hardware Solutions team, triaging event and deployment requests at a global technology and logistics company. You'll build strong partner relationships and make capacity-based decisions to balance workload across production managers. This role offers high-visibility coordination with executive stakeholders and hands-on event support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Triage incoming event and deployment requests evaluating complexity and urgency
• Assign Production Managers based on team bandwidth and workload
• Attend weekly partner meetings and represent the team cross-functionally
• Coordinate hardware inventory and logistics for events and deployments

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in event coordination or operations support
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with G-Suite and project management tools
• Ability to travel for onsite event support if required

• Experience with workflow automation and task management platforms
• Knowledge of mixed reality, wearables, or consumer technology
