🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a team of firmware and systems engineers
• Provide technical direction, architecture guidance, and design reviews
• Own execution plans, schedules, and deliverables for product releases
• Collaborate with Product Management, QA, and Operations teams

📋 Requirements

• 13+ years in networking or embedded systems development
• 3+ years managing engineering teams
• Strong experience with Wi-Fi/wireless networking technologies
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional development efforts

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) access point development
• Experience taking hardware products through EVT/DVT/PVT to mass production
• Familiarity with cloud-managed wireless networking platforms
