You'll lead the development of an authentication and authorization platform, overseeing a talented team to produce high-quality solutions that enhance security and user experience. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define authorization for AI workflows and design authentication for non-human actors.
• Evolve the identity layer in Auth0 to enhance authentication and token issuance.
• Maintain and mature the Relationship-Based Access Control OpenFGA model.
• Drive large-scale technical projects across multiple teams and systems.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional engineering experience with leadership or management experience.
• 3+ years in engineering management, including team development.
• Deep knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
• Hands-on experience with ReBAC systems like OpenFGA.

• Familiarity with identity providers such as Auth0, Okta, or Azure AD.
• Proficiency in backend languages (Java, Ruby, or Python) and web frameworks (Spring Boot, Rails, or Django).
• Experience with AI coding tools in the development workflow.
