💼 About This Role

You'll define and own the multi-year IT roadmap at Gorgias, building a reliable, AI-first IT function for a fast-growing conversational commerce platform. Your core impact is making infrastructure and tooling feel invisible so the company can scale from $100M to $500M+ ARR. You'll act as both a builder improving daily IT operations and a strategist designing scalable systems with AI at the core.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own the multi-year IT roadmap aligned to growth trajectory.
• Lead evaluation and rollout of AI-enabled IT tools.
• Manage device lifecycle end-to-end: procurement, provisioning, refresh.
• Design self-service systems that scale without linear headcount growth.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of IT leadership experience in a high-growth environment.
• Experience managing IT operations for a global company with multiple offices.
• Hands-on experience with AI/agentic workflows in IT tooling.
• Proven track record owning SOC 2 certification end-to-end.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SaaS procurement and vendor management.
• Background in security compliance such as ISO 27001.
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools like Jamf or Intune.
