💼 About This Role

You'll cut a wide range of video content for tech startup clients, from launch films to social cutdowns. You'll partner with directors and creative leads to shape pacing, tone, and feel of each piece, owning the cut from selects through delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Edit launch films, product videos, testimonials, mini-docs, and social cutdowns.
• Translate creative direction into compelling cuts with proper pacing and story.
• Handle sound design, music selection, SFX, and dialogue cleanup.
• Color grade footage and create simple motion graphics and titles.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience editing commercial, brand, or documentary work.
• Expert in Premiere Pro; comfortable in After Effects, DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong reel demonstrating story sensibility, pacing, and range.
• Based in Bay Area preferred.
