You'll control patient flow and manage calls/emails, ensuring 5-star customer service in an out-of-network physical therapy clinic. Your role is the linchpin of our community environment, making every patient feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive.

• Greet patients with a smile and guide them through the out-of-network experience
• Manage appointment flow and control clinic schedule
• Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours

📋 Requirements

• Previous customer service experience required
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
• BA/BS degree preferred but not required
