Your core impact involves driving profitability through analysis, budgeting, and managing capital projects. You'll partner with corporate finance to ensure SOX compliance and accurate reporting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare month-end close and account reconciliations
• Analyze P&L fluctuations and report financial statements
• Coordinate annual budget and monthly forecasting
• Monitor capital projects and track project commitments

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing organization
• Expert knowledge of Excel and accounting systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, SAP)

• Previous plant controllership experience
• Experience with SOX controls
• Proficiency in ERP systems
