🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of risk-critical engineering initiatives
• Ensure engineering processes support high-stakes systems with rigorous reviews
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape risk, fraud, and trust system strategy
• Build and grow a high-performing team of engineers through hiring and coaching

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant development experience in a startup environment
• 1+ year of people-management experience
• Strong technical background with a track record of shipping high-quality products

• Experience in a fintech company
• Exposure to Node.js/Typescript/React/AWS
• Experience building or owning internal tools and platforms

📨 Hiring Process

A 45-min video call with People Team, then a 60-min video call with Senior Engineering Managers, a 45-min in-person with leadership, and a take-home case study followed by a 60-min video call.
