Description

You will lead all people-related functions at our Arizona facility, including employee relations, compliance, timekeeping, benefits, and talent acquisition, in a high-volume 3PL environment. Partner with our HQ HR team to ensure consistency while independently managing on-site HR needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience
• At least 2 years in warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA)
• Solutions-oriented with strong judgment and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for employee relations, including conflict resolution, investigations, and terminations
• Administer HR functions through PEO platform, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws
• Manage leave of absence processes and accommodation requests
• Support talent acquisition by partnering with staffing agencies and conducting phone screens
• Maintain accurate employee records, I-9 compliance, and E-Verification cases
