💼 About This Role

You'll design and build production-grade Python services and REST APIs for document processing and AI integration on the Nitro Automate Platform. Your work will power document automation and workflow tooling for a global customer base including Fortune 500 companies. This role offers the chance to leverage AI-assisted development tools and shape cutting-edge document productivity solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable Python services and REST APIs
• Own features from spec and architecture to production support
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools for speed and quality
• Build and integrate MCP servers and no-code automation tooling

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years' backend development with Python as primary language
• Strong Python engineering: OOP, async patterns, REST API design
• Experience with agentic coding workflows and AI-assisted development
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases like Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/LLM production applications (OpenAI, LangChain)
• Familiarity with MCP servers or no-code workflow automation
• Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform
