You'll develop and own integrated marketing strategies for Trust Wallet, the leading non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet. You'll drive end-to-end campaign execution across Web3-native channels, translating on-chain insights into compelling narratives. This role sits at the intersection of brand, growth, product marketing, and community, requiring a genuine degen mindset.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own integrated marketing strategies across acquisition, retention, and brand.
• Lead end-to-end campaign execution across Web3-native and performance channels.
• Define positioning and messaging for new product features and market segments.
• Set, track, and report on marketing KPIs including DAUs, installs, and retention.
• Drive community engagement strategies across Discord, Telegram, and X.

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years of marketing experience with 3+ years in crypto/DeFi/Web3.
• Demonstrable track record of owning and scaling multi-channel campaigns.
• Prior experience in a generalist or 'full-stack' marketing role.
• Active on-chain with wallet history and ecosystem network.

• Marketed a self-custody wallet or non-custodial product.
• Familiarity with Trust Wallet's ecosystem.
• Prior work at a top-tier exchange or DeFi protocol.
