💼 About This Role

You'll join a multi-disciplinary team providing rehabilitative care to home health clients in Rockingham county. You'll perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Home health experience is required, and you'll use a touch pad tablet for documentation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories
• Perform evaluations to assess and diagnose communication difficulties
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care activities

📋 Requirements

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in North Carolina
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech from ASHA or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 days per week availability
• Solid computer skills with EMR experience preferred
