Description

You will lead sourcing strategies for Starlink's contract manufacturing, optimizing cost and supply continuity. You'll manage supplier relationships, budgets, and day-to-day operations to support aggressive production targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years experience in supply chain, production, or engineering (or 9+ years without degree)
• Experience in high volume contract manufacturing procurement preferred
• Understanding of consumer electronics supply chain and capex planning
• Experience with NPI and mass production processes
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct supplier analysis and formulate strategic sourcing plans
• Build and manage project budgets, negotiate capex with contract manufacturers
• Oversee contract manufacturer operations including capacity and material readiness
• Develop supplier scorecards and drive continuous improvement
• Administer contracts and negotiate terms, pricing, and compliance
