Description

You will operate PCB assembly machines and run thermal/functional testing of electronic hardware to manufacture circuit boards for the Starlink satellite constellation. You'll manage schedule priorities, document failure modes, and ensure equipment maintenance to support high-volume production.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalency certificate
• 1+ years hands-on work experience or vocational training/cert
• Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Able to stand for long periods, climb ladders, bend, grasp, sit, pull, push, stoop, stretch, lift up to 25 lbs
• Must be a U.S. citizen/national, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (ITAR requirement)

Responsibilities

• Operate PCB assembly machines (SMT placement, reflow, paste printing, conformal coating, masking, epoxy, optical/x-ray inspection)
• Run thermal and functional testing of electronic hardware (setup, instrumentation, test execution, teardown, troubleshooting)
• Ensure production equipment is maintained and calibrated through scheduled preventative maintenance
• Manage schedule priorities and independently execute work to meet company deliverables
• Document failure modes and use data to improve quality
