💼 About This Role

You'll perform light bodywork including prepping, sanding, and buffing vehicles at Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers. You'll ensure late-model cars are in first-rate condition for customers, with opportunities for training and advancement. You'll receive 100% company-paid healthcare and other generous perks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prep, sand, and buff vehicles
• Remove and install bumpers
• Perform minor plastic welding
• Complete small area bodywork including Bondo repair

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Associate or higher degree in automotive technology
• ASE certification
• Previous experience in a reconditioning center
