You'll serve as the primary technical authority for post-sales customers, guiding deployment architecture and adoption of agentic development workflows. You'll own onboarding engagements end-to-end, ensuring customers move from contract to productive adoption with speed and confidence. This role combines deep technical work with designing repeatable patterns that scale across customer segments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary technical authority for post-sales customers
• Own onboarding engagements end-to-end
• Design and document repeatable delivery patterns
• Capture structured product feedback from customer deployments

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Forward Deployed Engineering or equivalent post-sales role
• Hands-on experience designing cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure
• 2+ years production experience with Kubernetes
• 2+ years experience with Terraform or equivalent IaC

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at both startups and larger organizations
• Background as a Software Engineer or DevOps Engineer
• Familiarity with regulated environments (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR)
